Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we can not offer you a store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original package and tags attached.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt for proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior communication.
There are certain situations where only partial store credit is granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your AC account within 7 days.
Late or missing store credits
It may take some time before your store credit is officially posted to your account. You should also contact us if you encounter an extended delay in receiving your store credit. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your store credit, please contact us by visiting our contact form.
Final Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded for a store credit. Final sale, intimate apparel, earrings, lingerie and swimwear cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged due to our error or a manufacturing error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in touch with us via our contact form.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be credited back to you as a store credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver she/he will inform you of your return.

If you receive a refund as a store credit, the cost of a return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. This only applies to times when we charge for shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in a reasonable time span.
